How it works

Reiki is administered by the hands, placed lightly on or near the body over the chakras. Reiki practitioners undergo an attunement process to serve as channels for this spiritually guided life force energy. Clients feel more aligned, calm, relaxed, peaceful, clear-minded, and productive.

A session will include:

  • saining with traditional herbs

  • chakra scan

  • crystals to enhance the vibrational energetic experience

  • essential oils to revitalize the mind and body senses

  • soothing music that allows for deep relaxation
